Just a quickie to check out
If you are a friend of mine on Facebook, you might have seen my status on Saturday saying that GiGi had taken the kids to the Gaspee Days Parade and I had 3 hours to myself.
(For those of you who don't know - the burning of the HMS Gaspee was really the first event that eventually ended up in the Revolutionary War. It's usually missing from the history books, but it's a BIG DEAL here in Warwick, Rhode Island!)
Anyway...the big parade actually kicks off in front of our Church...and a port-a-potty was brought in to "help" the thousands of people out. Check out this picture my friend posted of the cast of characters lined up to "go" at the parade on her blog. Hysterical! :)
PS - pictures of Megan's birthday party coming soon! Oh...and you won't want to miss the PROOF that she is my daughter and doesn't just look like Ric! heh
