I did make the cupcakes, good old Duncan Hines! For the frosting, I took the stuff out of the container, plopped it into a plastic bag and "piped" it on to the cupcake. Be careful when you do that though, the whole frosting container only covered 12 cupcakes because I was trying to make the spiral thingys on top! (Sprinkles optional!)
